Pre-owned Process

Every piece of pre-owned furniture we sell is prepared before it leaves our warehouse. Our goal is simple, make sure it looks good, functions properly, and arrives ready to use in your workspace.

Once an item sells, our team reviews and preps it for pickup or delivery. Here’s what that includes:

Function

We check adjustments, drawers, and moving parts to confirm they work as intended. Hardware is tightened, and small fixes are handled in-house as needed.

Cleaning

Surfaces are cleaned and vacuumed, including metal, laminate, and upholstery areas. We remove dust and marks so the piece is clean and ready to go.

Repair and touch-up

Minor repairs or touch-ups are completed when necessary, things like replacing a caster, lock, or handle, or addressing small scuffs and scratches.

Packaging

Each item is wrapped or boxed for transport to help it arrive in the same condition it left our facility.
